Delivery & returns.

Delivery: we deliver anywhere in South Africa within 7–10 working days. Delivery is free on orders of R1 499 and over. Under R1 499, choose a Pargo pickup point for R59 or SkyNet door-to-door delivery for R150. We do not ship internationally.

Returns: free returns within 30 days of delivery in South Africa — we collect. Items must be unworn, in their original box and packaging with labels attached.

Size exchanges: within 30 days, for the same product. If your size is not available, you will receive a voucher.

Warranty: a 6-month warranty covers defective products. Email query@boltonshoes.co.za with your order number, "Defective Item" in the subject and photos of the problem; we collect the pair and our quality team inspects it. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.

Wrong item received: do not open or wear it. Email query@boltonshoes.co.za with your order number and "Incorrect Item" in the subject.

Missing item: email query@boltonshoes.co.za with your order number and "Missing Product(s)" in the subject.

Late delivery: under the ECT Act you may cancel within 7 days’ notice if delivery is late — email query@boltonshoes.co.za.
